Here is the anticipated schedule for the week. Times are subject to changes, so it is a good idea to check the bulletin board in the hotel staging area for last-minute changes.
Wednesday, April 25, 2012:
- Registration 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, dinner break, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Baseball game As vs. White Sox 12:35 PM Start
- Bonus Op Sessions, in outlying areas, layouts TBA

Thursday, April 26, 2012:
- Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM for operating session #1.
- Evening - Social Gathering or clinics

Friday, April 27, 2012:
- Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM for operating session #2.
- Evening - Social Gathering or clinics

Saturday, April 28, 2012:
- Leave the hotel at 8:00 and 9:00 AM. for operating session #3
- Evening – Evening – Dinner at Sinodino’s, Italian restaurant near the hotel

Sunday, April 29, 2012:
- Bonus Op Sessions, in outlying areas, layouts TBA
- Possible Giants Baseball game

NOTE: Departure times will be staggered to avoid the log-jam of cars leaving the staging area. Layouts furthest from the hotel will have the earlier departure times. Check your information packet for specific departure information!
