BayRail Schedule
Here is the anticipated schedule for the week. Times are subject to changes, so it is a good idea to check the bulletin board in the hotel staging area for last-minute changes.
Wednesday, March 18, 2009:
- Registration 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thursday, March 19, 2009:
- Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM for operating session #1.
- Evening - Social Gathering or clinics

Friday, March 20, 2009:
- Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM for operating session #2.
- Evening - Social Gathering or clinics

Saturday, March 21, 2009:
- Leave the hotel at 8:00 and 9:00 AM. for operating session #3
- Evening – we'll organize a dinner if there is interest. Please email Seth Neumann if you are interested in participating in a group dinner.

NOTE: Departure times will be staggered to avoid the log-jam of cars leaving the staging area. Layouts furthest from the hotel will have the earlier departure times. Check your information packet for specific departure information!
