I'd like an inivitation to BayRails 2011For those who live within 100 miles of the hotel, please be aware that we will be giving those who have traveled a greater distance priority as they have fewer opportunities to visit these layouts. We also need some of the "local" attendees to volunteer for an "extra board." The extra board attendees will check in with the scheduler each morning to receive their assignments so they can fill in for any last minute absences. The extra board attendees must have a cell phone and their own vehicle. If you join the extra board we will attempt to get you an invitation to your top three layout choices at some time other than BayRails if we can't fit you in during BayRails.
